marcos, Eventual dilution and erosion of the control block is one reason they avoid paper. A few years ago there was a SH revolt in General Electric and they heaved the managers.(they were a piggish lot with loads of perks and they were neglecting GE). This can happen with ABX as the control block erodes with more and more paper. Bill
