Steve, conf. call says they'll do some of the expected 8-10 aquisitions in next few months, but there was no time frame mentioned for when they may do one of their 2 IPOs expected this year.
If they plan to file the S-1 for an IPO tomorrow, they would probably still refuse to comment on a short term time frame to avoid any SEC attention.
Longterm FHT should do well, short term everything internet related could be a little rough.
I bought KLOCZ twice today (once at $4, once at $3 7/8). After speaking with IR for about a half an hour today I am feeling better then ever about KLOC. The 800ussearch deal WILL occur, maybe tomorrow, maybe next month, maybe later this year. Sooner is better than later, and I expect this to be the case. I the meantime, I am enjoying learning more abou the positive outlook for the company as a whole. Although Search is the sexiest part for now, they have several exciting video projects, including a Latin satellite program channel that started late last year with 700,000 subscribers. Kind of an english-spanish translation channel for broadcasting US movies to Latin America.
I confirmed with KLOC IR, that KLOCZ is the favored play for KLOC longs. To each his own, but I prefer the warrant play at these prices, and I (hope I) can be patient long enough for this one to pay off.
