Here's a thought to put a little worth in our shares....

Let's try to find a REAL restaurant outfit to take over MKII. With the MM's holding the bid at .375, you could buy a 51% interest for a little over $100,000. That's a pretty cheap entry for a group of 7 operating franchises.

With some competent management, I'd be willing to hold on to my shares. I've already faxed an alert to 4 or 5 restaurant groups I know.

This is a big opportunity for someone.
