Freeedgar seems to say different. There is one director that bought and paid cash for 14MM shares. Total purchase price...$14,000.00 and some change. It works out to over 1000 shares per dollar. His stock last week was over $50MM for an investment of $14,000.00 a year ago. Do you think he will stand by and watch his $50MM turn into $6MM without selling? Would you?
