I am not Paul and I am sure he will respond to your plea but IMO things are as you and Paul have predicted and year 2000 should be another repeat . Interest charges should go way down to probably only 1 mill per quarter after secondary. Looks like more acquistions at good prices will continue , taxes stay at 12% and I think Q4 will better then estimates despite managements statements about a 20 Million seasonal reduction in revs from the 500 mill run rate in Q3.Even so at present profit margins and less interest Q4 should be fine. Management is conservative in their forward looking statments. Ericcison business fine but Phillips and others growing faster. I think it is because Erickson is with the GMS/TDMA standard and the CDMA is the new protocal and Erickson will have to transition. What a company ! Rich
