Thank you Hitesh, but the credit goes to Levy. I think one reason AOL has played hardball with this bandwagon jumping group of Attorney Generals is AOL knows what x2 will do for getting customers. They don't have to get the old customers back because new Internet users are popping up like crazy.

I understand Mindspring is an ISP who is ready to turn on x2.

It appears those ISP's getting x2 is no secret, but when they will have it is.

AOL in the interview on CNBC the other day never mention x2 or 56K, AND they were never asked about it. Seems to me it was agreed on before the interview. This may indicate an agreement among all x2 player no one gets a jump on the others. IMO
