We have just uploaded to our web sites an alpha version of the brand new Quotes Plus Financial Studio. This software will be the platform for all future Quotes Plus(r) development efforts.

Using the alpha version of qpfs, you will be able to:
* Manage your lists in a modern spreadsheet interface. Simply drag a list into the spreadsheet to open it or merge it with an existing list.
* Add columns to the list with formulas that read data directly from the QP2 database. Add formulas like ( Close(0) + Close(-1) ) / 2 etc. The current implementation allows you to add columns that contain formulas based on Close, Column, CrossRefCusip, Cusip, Date, Exchange, ExchangeCode, High, IssueDesc, IssuerDesc, Low, NumberToText, Open, QRS, RelativeStrength, SICCode, Volume.
* Use these functions in your formulas: AbsoluteValue, ArcCosine, ArcSine, Log10, LogN, Sqrt.
* Save templates that can be applied to a new list.
* Create portfolios to monitor your trades.
* Export lists to ASCII.
This version will read your existing QP2 data files, no cd is required.
Future enhancements will allow you to create custom formulas in a spreadsheet interface that you can use in your scans.
There is currently no documentation for this application. All functions can be accessed by right clicking anywhere on the application.
