I want one eye, one leg and one hand of you know WHO.....!!!!!!

I want to know who the transfer agent is and call them and find out how many shares outstanding were the Oct 12, 1998 (the day of the PR).
If they were more than 24.000.000 shares, Mr Paul Smith will be in BIG trouble.
