Hey gang! I haven't followed the thread for a while, and probably shouldn't post, since I have no Imp news to contribute. BUT, having sold my IMPX and getting head back on straight, I want to chime in on some of the going's on:
1) Lots of good stuff about the legal aspects, and I even found myself agreeing with some of the points made by the "Anti-suiters" about getting on with life, not dragging current investers etc. But I do agree main thread ought to be about Stock prospects, news, financials, competition ,contracts, rumors etc. only; not grumbling about the legal issues. Another thread sounds fine. One item, though - should I have received a package? I did call the sharks with my info.
2) Catching up on all the posts at one time really shows who has info, and who is noise. Thanks to you types like Barton, etc.
3) There is life after Imp!
4) Point #3 above not withstanding, IF management cleans house, and IF they get new prospects in development and IF they get firm orders, even _I_ pledge to unemotionally think of entering again, after the wash sale limit! Hmm.. entry @ $1.37/shr.? |
