The Crowd is Tough... Congratulations Jodie and crew
The consciences is .05 cents, IOM turns in .07 cents. looks good to me.
The house has been put in order and submitted an excellent report.
Glore reorganizes the structure and he should have. I have a great
deal of respect for those that have to make those tough decisions
about who stays and who goes, this IMO is a positive, a CEO change
almost always makes personal changes, further I expect more changes
as his vision evolves. What they're creating is a leaner machine, the fat
is being cut and if it requires those hard decisions than so be it.

Now on to the quarter..
The analyst missed an opportunity to ask some probing questions and I
think the forthright statements of Q1 99 shook them up, they didn't
regain their composure and did a crappy job. In any case IMO we scored
big time in that despite the almost 2 million drives that were sold to the
OEM's at cost or a little below cost they still turned in an outstanding
quarter. I think this is really important to consider when looking at their
business plan, They can make money while selling most of their Zip drive
production to the OEM's.

The other issue that had been addressed was the availability of Clik!
and as stated by Glore the component shortage will be solved and
back orders filled by the end of the quarter. We've all known that
shipments of Clik were restricted, I'm satisfied that we will see these
available soon. It was implied that the shortage of parts was due to
a quality issue rather than a supply issue which IMO is just a matter
making sure that the suppliers get it right.
Our local Comp-USA put ten of these on their camera counter and
they sold out in 1 hour.

On every issue improvement has been made, this is a much stronger
company than just 3 months ago and the short position still hasn't
covered. I'm sure that we'll see some a lot of negative
spin and IMO the almost 30,000,000 shorts are in trouble.
There's not much that they can point to as a problem and they
still have to cover.

Regards
Reseller
