Their is a top parallel resistence channel on the gold chart, if you duplicate that channel line and run it across the november low and call that support, right below where we are now, support is around 278-282 area.
A drop to that support would make a perfect right shoulder of an inverted H&S pattern to the left shoulder of Jan 12, 98.
Now the plot thickens. There is a fibonacci 377 day turning point coming up on Sunday. The turning point on August 31 on the XAU was a 233 day fib turning point basis 1/12 low.
Now you throw in root of bat, eye of newt, carville crumbs, clinton's stogey, brazilian coffee grounds, nutz on the futz, techie parabolacitis and we have a perfect recipe for a kersplatz.
Now for the Tweety Bird. Drooy just a few trading sessions ago reached an oversold RSI reading that beat the blowout low of 8/31.
It has since rallied back up to the neckline resitance and is at 50 on the RSI, but it needs to break 50 RSI and close above the downtrend line at 2.75 for a buy signal.
If eye of newt goes my way, we get one last flush to clear out the dead wood and a mega neck snapping whipsaw reversal, that the XAU is so good at, to complete the final bottom.
