You are just a blatant liar, Mr Blank mind. When you still owned IFLY, you understood perfectly well the advantages of having a travel agent to chat with the customer on the internet rather than a fully automated web, now you're flipping your statement after selling the stock too low for your tax purpose. The advantages of an interactive web site that IFLY has built are: 1) the agent can quote the lowest airfare (due to airlines restrictions without an agent involved) 2) IFLY can collect the highest commission rate (same due to restrictions from the airlines). The IFLY site will be open 24 hours, 7 days a week soon, so the issue of not having an automated web is a mood point.
