Both.

As well, there is more oxidized ore available on the property. Underneath the current oxide target, oxide mineralization extend a further 200 meters. But there is no resource estimate for this additional system.

IOW, Cerro San Pedro is a world class property... I am pretty sure they will get the permits but I am not sure if $290 will be enough to start mining it now....Maybe we will have to be patient and wait $325-$350.
