I didn't in particular find the management changes disappointing - changes had to be made to streamline operations. However during the CC, it seem that at least one analyst was clearly disappointed with the Briscoe resignation.

Also, announcement of the resignations lent an ominous tone to Joe Kernen's brief encapsulation of IOM's earnings announcement.

To the extent that the resignations depress IOM stock price in the short term - I don't like it.
