I just listened to the interview, which worked fine. I already have the newest RealPlayer and it popped onto the screen when I went to the site, so all I had to do was hit "play."

It runs for about 20 minutes. The CEO first talks candidly about the formation of the company (reverse merger into a public shell), followed by a few minutes on his background, which I'd already seen in print - pretty impressive. His discussion of the company's service, and why there's a demand for it (as a value added service for paging companies), was more enlightening than the written press releases. I thought it helped me understand the company and the paging industry much better. I suggest that anyone who doesn't have the most recent RealPlayer, "G2" (it's still free), download it from real.com and then try again to listen to the interview.

One thing he mentioned that was news to me was that there are 4.5M shares F.D. He got a little hypey at the very end, talking about the very small market cap and saying "Internet" a bunch of times, but overall I was fairly impressed.

BTW Mads said something before about the MM activity looking fake. I have to say, rarely have I ever seen a more obvious attempt to shake out shares than with NETD today, when the bids vaporized as the buying slowed. Fortunately, it seemed like the quick drop from 2-3/8 bid to 2-1/16 only tricked one or two people into selling. Don't be fooled! When I heard from my broker that one of the MMs wasn't answering his phone as I tried to buy, and when I saw a surprisingly large supply of shares being fed into the market at 2-9/16, it was clear to me that someone was determined not to let this thing run up over 3 again. (It's the same sort of thing that has happened to SFLK recently every time it poked up to the 3 area.) I wouldn't be surprised if a MM or two are still short a bit from that last run, and would rather cover around 2 than over 2-1/2. Look for the bids to start creeping up if no sellers materialize tomorrow. --Eric
