Alex and all. Important info from PDTK. Quintek sales are doing great, but there was a problem with listing status last week that forced the de-listing of the stock from the OTC-BB.. I was informed that Quintek was fighting to have the Company re-listed because of the fact that the Company could not comply with the reporting requirements of the "new" OTC-BB while emerging from bankruptcy. In the meantime the new symbol for now, from the dreaded pink sheets, is PDTKD. I repeat my first statement, which was FIRMLY repeated during my discussion. "Sales are great." The machines are not cheap, 60K and up. Apparently, this laser card scanner is/has a market edge. More details to come from the company soon. Last trade was on 1/20/99 at $3.25. Pink sheet trades are not available in real-time. If anyone wants to trade you could call this number, given from Quintek, Capitol Bay 800-440-2929. They'll be able to quote the current bid/ask. Company rep said that they were expecting action on their appeal to the BB, which included a letter from the former PDTK pres Demers, quickly. IMH(informed)O the wheels of government just ain't that fast. Week or two is long enough. Quintek is STRONGLY in the right, yet it will be time in the pinks for now. This is something to watch.
