Bill, You're pretty sharp; I remember those debentures in a Qtly or Annual report and thought at the time it smelled sort of last ditch and dilutive. The Seaman's are some major shareholders mentioned in the filings and have millions invested. I'll bet they, like us, hope they turn to the black PDQ. Do you have info on insider trading/selling? I'm sure the thread would love all the info you can uncover. Many thanks.......Glenn
