Mountain getting a TSE listing is supposed to be the final hurdle before an offer from them for Camphor's part of the AK-CJ.
The deal was supposed to be somewhere around .45 shares of MPV per share of CFV, with Camphor continuing on as a company in their present natural gas well business.
Sounds great, but at this point I won't believe it until it actually happens.
Anybody know anything?
