OT Uncle Frank, I thought CSCO usually reports in line with estimates. I thought that is normally the case. I think you might be right about them this quarter----doing better than expected. Lucent did not beat estimates by a wide margin. Probably because they are not making serious inroads in CSCO's business. OK--Blowout earnings from CSCO BTW--I don't like AOL--- I mean the internet service. I have been on it for under a month. Could not get the MSFT conference call. It appears they use the customized "AOL" browser (IE). I hate it. Going back to AT&T soon. They will probably face a lot of competition in the future. Their content is not bad but for someone who swithes to AOL from another service which uses the standard IE or Navigator---it is hard to get used to.
