Randi :

Most technical questions I have, or had have already been answered.

The question(s) I would most like answered are this :

Why so quiet ? Supposedly good things are happening, and in the works, yet the Co. says absolutely nothing. They dangle good things in front of us, but they never respond further. They tell us things are happening at a specific time...that time goes by, and we hear nothing. Why nothing after the big show. Supposedly something good happened at the show, and they were not yet at liberty to talk about it. Well, why haven't we still heard anything about the show, Oasis, the future and etc, etc, etc. Most Co's keep their shareholders abreast of things...this company does not, and I wan't to know why. I think they owe the shareholders more, especially after this little pump and dump thing they were involved in.

How come no monthly interviews as promised ? How about the numbers....what will they look like when they come out ? How about future revenue's.....they tell us " the future looks very bright ", yet they don't give us any hint as to how things are going.

Personally, I think they are going to lose alot of shareholders soon......and they need to know this. I am a perfect example. I believe in the Co. and what they have. I feel it could be a big winner. But a person can only be patient for so long under these circumstances. Without any communication from the Co., it is hard to sit here and watch this stock do nothing, wondering, wondering, wondering....while you watch your other issues like AOL go up 90% in a month. Had I yanked my money from SURG 6 weeks ago, and put it into AOL, all my losses from SURG would be made up. How long can one sit here being patient as we are, if the Co. doesn't care about the shareholders ?

Enough griping.....Heck just print this E-Mail out and let the Big D, read it himself when you visit. I think my concerns and worries are typical of the average shareholder that has been in SURG for awhile.

Best wishes - Keith
