The 97 matter could have been filed by the same people involved in the SEC case as it's the same period. All other matters are in Nevada where the company is reincorporating which seems favorable in that respect, affirmative on behalf of the company.

No defendants are listed along with these cases, so is it PMTU or some affiliated company or party? We'll see.

As for the person who drove by the Black Mountain Refinery witnessing no activity, well, the company stated shutdown for December well in advance. Their press release regarding resumption of operation came out this week, therefore, the company very well may have been dormant a week ago with subsequent startup of operation this week. That's probably what happened. Suggest he/she stop by the facility again with an appointment so no time or gas is wasted.

Vulcan and others have various restrictions and patents across the country, but I doubt that any have material impact on Phoenix Metals' operation. In reviewing various patents on platinum and related metals extraction processes, one can see how companies 'stake out turf.' Phoenix has its own patents and access to ore bodies.

And whereas Phoenix Metals is about to transact a sale, yes the process is for real.

Thanks again Reeter.
