According to a government press release, the five houses in San Ignacio were built at a cost of approximately BZE$35,000 each. I couldn't find the BZE $ exchange rate, but it sure sounds like we have some major competition down there backed by the government. Does anyone know of major infrastructure improvements underway to justify the building of so many new homes. If not their value will not appreciate, rather it will decline.
