Why do you bother to post this. As information about board memebers it is helpful. As information on hoiw to vote shares it is totaly worthless. You have no say in how your company is run Stan controls the votes it makes no difference what you or any other shareholder thinks. The only way you can voice your opinion is to sell or buy shares. That is why this stock is valued so low. As big a critic as I am if Stan stepped aside (from the business point of view), gave up his supervoting rights and professional managers took over I would think this would be a tremendous buying opportunity.
