The question is not Why or Why not, the question is are they able to rebut such blent statement in an efficient manner. These statement scares new or unsecure investors and creates rumors that are hard to wipe off. PNLK (STOCK) has a bad rep already, it will take time and a lots of hard facts to gain the trust of new investors, so let's clear the easy stuff quickly and effectively. From_Verbier... Still Holding since last May....
