Dale, re. ERGO, it looks like the co. has no idea what it wants to do with itself. The IR lady told me a few weeks ago that she hoped that the co. would announce its plans by mid to late Jan. and that she thought it possible these plans might include an appeal of the FDA decision. But nothing has happened except that the CEO quit.

So they still have the cash.

I sold about a week ago to take about a 10% gain, which is okay for a January effect play.

Overall, my experience so far year with playing the January effect has been okay.
