So does a cockroach. I don't mean to be flip but I think too much is made of the idea that these cells contain human DNA. Every time I cut myself shaving human cells die. It is more reasonable to look toward the time that these cells become uniquely human, that is when the mind becomes concience. This time may be hard to pin down exactly so fixed time periods are a more reasonable solution.
