OFF TOPIC accpeted - no sweat - as for the commie gov't - they need cash - I suspect that they will give in fast to get things rolling here. THe only other electronic bingo in VAn is a barnburner - grossed $19MM last yr. Electronic means that you can play more cards + more quickly + spend or win more hopefully. This is a bonus to either NGQ or MGAM wherever they set up.
