Hi, Marcos, I gotta disagree with your statement... Expressing opinions is one thing. Accusing people of criminal activity is another. When someone goes around saying "this company's a fraud", that is not just "expressing an opinion." Would I have the right to publicly state "Hey, that guy Marcos is a criminal, but that's just my opinion"? That's not free speech, it's slander. Just because this is the Internet, where people are anonymous (or think they are, but that's another discussion), that doesn't confer the right to accuse others without proof. You may have seen in the news recently that Medinah is not the only company fighting back against Internet attacks.
