Scott,
I try to play the volitility by selling covered calls and naked puts on the swings. I buy back the calls on dips and sell the naked puts which has been my most reccent move. When we get a run up I will sell the covered calls again and if the puts get close to zero with enough time left on them I buy them back. Otherwise I just let them expire. I could sell covered calls against the shares the the convertible bonds could be converted into but I have not done that as I can not enter that kind of an order on line and it gets involved to try to train the order takers at my discount broker about such trades. Im looking for another good move up tomorrow to get me closer to my covered call selling level again.
