Does anyone have an explanation for the current price drop? I have been looking for the right entry point but am not sure about this company yet. My guess is that it has to do with the fact that they sold 1 million shares for .50 in this DR deal. Basically they gave them twice the value of their supposed contribution for R&D plus 500,000 shares. This also raises the shares outstanding to 19.5 million does it not? Any information or opinion is welcome. Thanks in advance! Glen
