Ok folks here is the scoop, Paul called Sam this morning and gave him the low down on the reverse split. They split for financing as they could not get a bank to look at them at .05 so he wanted to get the price to make them more attractive. So here is what it is 1-100 reverse split, total shares are 300k, float is 120k, the 2 owners own 75 % restricted shares. Paul stated that this is a good deal for what they have coming out in 4-5 weeks which will include the ATT&T deal that is huge according to Paul and there will be many deals coming through at that time. So what do we have to lose that we haven't already lost by waiting out the 4-5 weeks. Sam said that Paul sounded happy over the phone. Well Im waiting you never know it could be the 1 in a 100 deals that actually work.
