Margin, Its happening again today. The bid/ask at 10:30 has been 5/8 by 11/16. I have seen two trades for 40,000 shares at 10 3/4 and 10,000 shares at 10 3/4 go off when the high ask displayed has been 11/16. All other trades in sequence were at 5/8 or 11/16. Between 10:31 and 10:35
