Why if the R/S was 1-100 would the first ask that showed up have been $2.25. The previous day close was .045/.05. For a 1-50 that gives 2.25/2.5. Not likely an MM would have put in their ask at less than 100x.045= 4.50, until market was established!! The MMs still thought that it was a 1-50. What gives??
