Actually, if this slump is as short lived as these slumps have been, IMO it would probably work to NAVR's advantage. There is more and more money piling up, burning holes in peoples pockets. This slump could turn out to be a windfall (spell?) for NAVR stockholders. IPO's are still highly sought after as evidenced by todays 2 IPO's who's offering price has been increasing, even in a down market. bodie
