Sure, Mohan. WSJ says this re Infosys:

"N.R. Narayana Murthy, chairman and managing director of the Bangalore,
India, software and consulting concern, says his company is monitoring
market conditions "almost on a daily basis" in preparation for listing ADRs on
the Nasdaq Stock Market. "We are fully prepared; everything is in place. It's
now just a question of pressing the button when the market is more
conducive," says Mr. Murthy.

People familiar with the listing say they expect the ADRs to start trading
during the first quarter of 1999. The company will attempt to confirm investor
demand for its ADRs by watching the market for initial public stock offerings
as well as price-earnings ratios for comparable Nasdaq-listed companies,
says Mr. Murthy."
