Jeff,

I downloaded three times @ avg speed of 33.6 on the clock. The file is only 3.98mb and I did not time out any of the times. The file only downloaded 3.88mb all three times. The company, while they did respond to my e-mail, offered no help at all. For a company trying to ease the internet process, they seem strangely unconcerned that their flagship offering does not download for anyone.
