Reading this thread reminds me of Clinton. Amd haters are unrelenting with the attacks on the company its management and its technology. But Amd doesn't go away. I'm shocked that analyst would maintain earnings projections of close to a dollar a share and not have a buy recommendation on the stock. I own INTC also but the fact is that AMD has the largest share of the CPU market that its had in many years if not ever although I don't really know about the market a decade ago. The fact is also that the company is making a small profit. I wouldn't bet the house on the stock price because INTC is a fierce competitor but I really believe that at current prices this is a great spec.
