If WCTI doesn't make a substantial new high(>21 1/2)by Monday then we have a double top.Very bearish technical signal.We could then see a downturn to 15 or less next week in that case.Volume isn't high enough for a breakout here.I suspect many that bought last time above 18 are holding their breath now wondering what to do.We have heavy resistance here as many are just happy to get out even after the last scare on the drop to 10 while others are at a wait and see point.If WCTI closes below 19 today there might be a rush to sell next week as the last quick drop is in everyone's recent memory.WCTI still needs a consolidation period in the 12-14 range.This bounceback was just too quick.Of course I could be wrong.
