The problem: TC/Com not accretive till second half of 2000!! BTW... Talk about a twist of fate, CUBE talked to BRCM heavily before their IPO & wanted BRCM bad!!..."no dice" said the BRCMers. BRCM goes public and ZOOMS. Now they could use that currency to buy CUBE for a song and I believe most shareholders would go for it.
