NP says Howard Buffet joins Mond board Mond Industries Inc MII Shares issued 28,605,000 Jan 21 close $0.40 Fri 22 Jan 99 In the News The National Post reports in its Friday, Jan. 22, edition that Mond Industries, a Toronto-based truck and rail parts manufacturer, says it has added Howard Buffet to its board of directors. The National Post's Manufacturing Briefing column reports that Mond gave no serious indication as to why Mr. Buffet, a director of the renowned Berkshire Hathaway investment holding company, managed by his father Warren Buffet, was added to the board.
