Joe from your profile I have concluded that you want to become an analyst. So I have asked you for your analysis and contribution yesterday when you complained of unfair treatment here. All we get from you is a lot of noise and that is pretty much it. Well, at least show me your basic knowledge: you are given an interest rate process (choose one one parameter or n-parameter, whatever). You are at time t=0 and you have calculated instanteniuos 10-year forward rate. What is your expected short term rate in 10 years? If you can not answer this question in 10 seconds do not bother with your immediate goal of becoming an analyst
