Earnings WILL be posted after the close on Monday. No ifs ands or buts! Furthermore, I asked whether a quiet period of 3 days exists after earnings report that would prohibit an S-1 IPO filing from taking place and she said, "There is nothing stopping them from filing on Monday along with earnings. Then she added (as I knew she would), "the filing will take place sometime before Feb 9, as previously reported". Before any of you longs take the shorts word for it, please confirm what you read on these bullsh** boards! Good luck.
