It depends what they have up their sleeve. Valu-net is well situated, they have had a good affiliation with Microsoft Canada all along so their technical side is together. I am assuming they must have some shopping or auction type service ready to roll out, teamed up with a big company. If not they better get going. They could become the next Bid.com if they come out with something like that.
