OK, If I own(buy) the news media, & I get them (in theory) to publish stories("reports"?) to the effect that the Central Bank of XXX had bought a billion oz of gold (same indulgence requested) after gold is at $700 an oz, would I be guilty of manipulation? My answer - yes. YES! Tell everyone, NO- I don't wish monopolistic or manipulative profits.
