No, not at all. You do not understand basic biology- not a criticism, most people don't. A ball of cells is undifferentiated- it is not much different from a scraping from your mouth, or the skin on your finger. A blastula (an early stage in embryological development), for example, is a fluid filled ball with a single layer of cells around the outside. It has no spinal column, no organs , no senses, no developed systems- it is merely a ball of cells. The baby and the 90 year old are completely differentiated and formed into what they will be. They are very similar. Their organ systems, neurological systems, digestive systems, circulatory systems, are fully developed and except for wear and tear- are pretty much the same.
