Is this the one where they want to sue because it was too easy to trade and therefore the customers lost money in the market? Good luck. That doesn't change the fact that nite is not an on-line broker and should be insulated from these lawsuits. True the amount of trades would be expected to fall, but if I read the AMTD and EGRP boards I see complaints that the on-line brokers are not trading fast enough for them.
