Did you see where CY is buying IC Works for $100 million? Plans to issue 13.7 million shares of CY stock. IC Works has been averaging $17.6 million in revenues per quarter, and has average net income of $2.7 million in the last 3 quarters. Deal looks neutral at best, and probably dilutive if the numbers I have are right... Any thoughts?
