Thomas,

I don't think QuickConnect "Agents" will have to worry about legislation as they don't own nor operate the casino games. Within the contract it states that the agent webmasters must put the words "Casino Operated By Antigua Casino and Sportsbook Limited" on their site. Domestically served Java games is even a more grey area than I-gaming is and doubt if any legislation will address this until after the Kyl bill has been decided upon. Technically, the Java code is still coming from the servers in Antigua. The domestic webpage only has Applet tags for connecting to the Antigua server so really it's not that different than linking a banner to a casino site, it just looks a lot different and gives the appearance of a local casino. Plus if any future laws do not allow such a setup it's quite easy to move your site to a server outside of the U.S.

If I'm not mistaken didn't Playstar's reorganization to Antigua help to protect them against any future legislations?

Jeff
