Jon, if it helps. I order a pile of reports from the free wall street journal every so often--- usually 50+ then I weed them out by---- 1. Bottom line 2. Industry (How it is doing at that time) 3. Then feel for potential, ie. go to the store, field or factory they work in--- if possible. I have done this quite a few times, and I have always picked a stock that doubles in less then a year. I got about 50 reports the other day----- and ----- EVER came out on top out of all of them. Ask Platt that's when I asked him about it. good luck. Dave
