In order to acquire a company with a good idea you may have to meet the demands of the previous owner in order to acquire the company. You ease them out at a later date. This is common business practice. TSIG has attracted some of the best names in the industry to develop CCI and its Web site. The success of CCI under new management will raise the necessary funds to solve past problems. Give them time to be successful and the past problems will get solved. TSIG has made giants steps forward with both TSIG and CCI. Like you said, its a great idea if its run professionally and so far it seems to be. BEST, ED
